Attractive High Heel Boots Styles

I remember when I was in first grade that there were two things that I wanted. I decided then and there that I wanted to have long hair, and I wanted a pair of high heeled boots. These boots where not very high off the ground, but they were high enough to make them different from the kind that my mom had gotten for me. I am shocked now when I think about being so young and wanting something so badly when I should have been more concerned with playing. As it stands to today, I have my hair as long as it will grow, and I definitely have a thing for high heeled boots.

In fact, all of my boots have heels. Some are higher than others, but when I see a pair on the shelf that I like, I have to have them. I’m not sure if this stems from my first grade dreams, but I suspect that they might have something to do with it. Back then, the boots and hair seemed to be the perfect things to have to be a happy girl. It sounds silly now, but remember, I was only six years old.

Some of my high heeled boots I can’t wear because they are simply too high. I don’t know why I bought them, as they are just collecting dust, but I do sit and stare at them when choosing my shoes for the day or the evening. I love they way they look, but the six-inch heels on the boots are just too much for me. As great as these high heeled boots look on my feet, I know the amount of pain I will be in when I get home won’t be worth it. It’s a sad state of affairs really. I could make a killing on eBay if I could get myself to part with all of the unworn boots I have in my home.

I will probably continue to buy high heeled boots, and sadly, I will probably only wear half of the ones that I buy. I guess I should be happy that it’s not a more expensive hobby. I could be buying cars or something. The boots seem harmless, and my husband has gotten used to see high heeled boots in my shopping bags when I get home, and he is even used to the fact that they may never get worn. I guess he figures if I can buy the boots and be happy, it is a small price to pay. I couldn’t agree more.
